How can I login to the website?
You can login to the website by selecting the location of pickup from the main
landing page, entering your Nestlé email address and password. Then press Enter to
log into the eStore.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
At the main login page, click on “Forgot your password?”. The page would redirect
you forget password resetting page. Enter your official Nestlé email address for which
the password needs to be changed. Enter Submit.
You would receive a password resetting link at your email. From this link you can
create a new password.

I am facing an issue with my account, who do I contact?
Click on the “contact” of main landing page where it says “In case of any query
please contact”. You would be directed to the support of eShop team.

I have logged into wrong pickup location. How do I change the location now?
At the top right side of the eShop, click on “Log Off” and you would be taken to the
main login page. You can select the right pickup store location from here and login
to that respective eShop..

How do I use my coupon/voucher?
At the checkout page, there is a field that says “Discount code or gift card” enter your
coupon/voucher code there and please Apply button. Your coupon/voucher code
would be applied.

I have added the products to my cart but I am unable to checkout. Whats the
reason?
There could be two reasons for this, first, your monthly shopping limit has been
expired. Please check with the shop assistant to verify your shopping limit. The
second reason could be that you have not added “Packaging” to your cart. At the
cart page, it gives you the option to either add a bag or a basket to your cart. You
need to select one of these options to pack your package in.
Once you do this, checkout option would be visible.

At the product page, why is it showing me the error of “You can't add more
PRODUCT NAME to the cart.”?
This means that the product quantity that you are adding to your cart exceeds the
backend inventory. Kindly reduce the product quantity and try adding it to your cart.

How can I contact the respective pickup location shop manager?
Click on the “Contact Us” page at the footer, and you will be able to access the
information of your pickup store manager.

I have placed an order and now I want to cancel it. What should I do?
You may email your shop assistant (contact information listed in Contact Us page)
and ask for the cancellation.

How can I see my order history?
From the footer of the eShop, under “My Account” click on “Order History”.

How can I change my password?

When can I pick-up my order?
When your order is ready, you would receive an email suggesting that your order is ready to pick-up. You may visit the store after receiving the email for order pick-up.
Or you can directly contact your location's store incharge via email and ask about order status.

I have a store credit voucher. How can I use it?
At the checkout, enter the voucher number/name in the section that says "Coupon" and press apply. Your store voucher would be auto applied.

You can use your store voucher for as long as there is credit in the voucher.

Login to Nestlé Employee Shop Pakistan.
Go to Footer
Under "My Account" select the tab Order History
You would see a tab of return available against each order (return option is valid till 3 days of ordering the product)
Click Return > now select the item you want to return from the order
